Blackwater BW-15 - Civilian Warrior Rifle 16" Complete Upper .223

The Blackwater Worldwide BW-15 Upper features a 16 inch steel, nitride coated barrel guaranteed sub MOA groups with commercial ammunition. The 15 inch Samson SXT handguard features M-LOK mounting system and meets drop testing standards. Our upper receivers are built to the same specs and inspection process as our complete rifles. Each upper is built by hand by a single person who cares about their craft.
